Our First Month

I can't believe we have been married for a month!

We had so much fun on our honeymoon. We headed down to St George and just relaxed, watched movies, and swam. We also ate lots and lots of yummy food

We went to this family fun center to race go karts & mini golf and we ended up playing some of the arcade games. We won these very cool glasses and train whistle.

We went to the Driving Range and were trying to do Happy Gilmore style and I thought these Videos were hilarious.

Clearly golf is not my strong point. haha

We have moved up to Washington so Nick can get some work in before we start school in April.  We are living in the bunk house for just this little while and it's been so fun to be here.

On the drive down. (always necessary car selfie)

The whole family together for our Washington reception.

Celebrating St. Patricks day in style.

Nick's back locked up on him one weekend so we headed down to Portland to visit an egoscue doctor. We had such a fun drive there. Everything was green and looked beautiful. On our way home we decided to stop at Multnomah Falls. We hiked up a little ways but couldn't go all the way to the top.

One night Nick wanted to ride up the mountain next to our house and told me that I would be fine since it was a road all the way up. He left out the part that it got pretty steep near the end. We made it up alright but going down was a different story. But I do have a very loving husband that helped me through it but I don't think I will be going back soon haha

Our nephew Ezra has been loving trailers lately and so Nick decided to build him his own little trailer to pull behind his bike. It turned out sooo cute and Ezra was really excited about it. Nick is thoughtful and sweet. It definitely made me fall more in love. It's so fun to be close to Nick's siblings and their cute kids.

I got this shirt for Jase since I think his uncle rocks too ;)

This month has gone by so quickly. Being married to Nick has been such a great blessing and is so fun. I cant wait for what the future holds for us.

The Big Day

When the big day finally arrived I couldn't be more excited. My sister came over to help with my hair and my makeup then we hit the road. There was a winter storm warning that day so the roads were a little on the sketchy side. We planned a March wedding to hopefully have some spring weather and it was the only day that snowed that week. It still looked beautiful and now we have a fun story. Thankfully we took some pictures before so we have some great pictures! Gosh my hubby is handsome!  (Picture overload coming your way)

The pre wedding shots

This one is my Favorite

We had such a wonderful time in the temple. The spirit was so strong. It was such an amazing experience to enter the sealing room and have it full with our loved ones. Families are forever! We had so many people come and support us! We definitely felt loved! I'm so thankful for my knowledge of the gospel and all the blessing we receive from it.  I am also very blessed to have the family that I do.

Our reception turned out so beautiful! We had lots of fun and lots of good ice cream. :)  We are so grateful for everyone who was able to come

Since we were snowed out at the temple we took the majority of our pictures at our reception. It was kind of like a zoo trying to get everything organized and get all the finishing touches but we got it done! I'm so glad I have these pictures to remember that special day.

Me and my mom made my bouquet together! (on our first attempt too I might add! my mom rocks!) All of the gems are made from my Grandma Lankford's old earrings. I am so excited that I get to keep this special part of her with me forever.
The big red gem in the picture was place in remembrance of Grandpa Lankford who had a ruby wedding ring!  I definitely felt them with me on our day.

I thought this picture of Grandma and Grandpa Jenne was cute! :)
